I would only use Aztec or Force if you are planting corn on corn. For what you are wanting a half rate of generic Lorsban would do the trick for about $6/acre. I have tried no-tilling both corn and beans into killed CRP. The corn worked much better. I know it seems counter-intuitive but no-till corn does great into killed sod. If the field is a little rough it is easier to combine a rough corn field than a rough bean field.
