Cental Indiana
Little over 6 years ago our son had to have surgery. It was right during planting season. In laws came over every night to "help out" and would stay until 9:30-10. Surgery was on Monday and by Friday I'd had it. I was tired, stressed and just wanted to come home and chill even if it was just for a few minutes before eating and going to bed. Came in and said to my wife "can I talk to you outside?"..."they've been here every night this week..." I didn't realize the kitchen window was open and they heard it all I guess. Since then she's lost both of her parents. Mom this past summer and Dad 4 years ago.

I truly appreciated them helping that week and regret saying that. Wish her Dad was still here we always got along great but after that night it wasn't the same.

Careful what you guys wish for.
