West Central Wisconsin | I've had some luck here in CO. https://www.google.com/maps/@39.720182,-107.2654658,536m/data=!3m1!1... Flat tops north of Dotsero, CO off I-70 20? some miles. Probably not a trophy area but very good chance you'll see elk. Shot a bull there late 90's, went 2000? by myself saw big herd and had some bad luck and took kids out in '04 when my 13 year old daughter shot a cow and a bull in 10 minutes. Trail 632 a few miles past Broken Rib Spring, (make sure you stop for water there). I think the trailhead is called Coffee Pot Trail. Joe
