I don't think many reasonable people would question the efficacy of a fungicide when disease pressure is present, i.e. you indicated there are high levels of northern leaf blight. A positive response to fungicide under these conditions isn't exactly news. Its the unspecified "improved plant health" marketing of fungicides that a lot of people struggle with and data is sketchy on. Glad to see you'll have a comparison.
