A couple questions:

1) It sounds like some of the ground is landlocked due to the fact it is only accessible through the sister. Is there a way to gain legal access since it is landlocked? That is, by making a lane and not having to build a bridge?
2) Is Oct. 1 a legal lease termination date in South Dakota?
