Checking some ears today and was wondering what kernel moisture is at 1/3 ,1/2 milk line? Weighted some ears on a gram scale then took kernels off cob to get weight of just kernels. Cob weight was .15 lb. Kernels were between .61 and .69 lbs per ear.
Want to try to calculate to 15%. TIA


What is your purpose in this exercise ? Are you harvesting high moisture corn ?

If not, don't even try to estimate dry yields at this point. You will not be accurate in any
case.
