I planted some sorghum Sudan after oats this summer. Was planning on grazing cows and calves. Ss is about four feet tall now. I've been told you have to wait until it's taller, and has grain on it before it's safe. What's people's experience with grazing ss. Should I graze or cut for silage. Probably just paranoid.
