If it is not severely drought stressed you are good to go. Prussic acid occurs when leaves die, or are wilted.
So you have to watch out after frost or during a drought. Also the younger leaves are more dangerous.
Not to be confused with nitrates, which are in the stalk. Which drought also exacerbates.
How worried should I be about Prussic acic.
