No.
When we sold our house in town, we got an offer right away, before the realtor even had the open house. It was an ok offer, but we countered instead of accepting and lost it. Went through the open house, no leads, finally got a couple offers that didn't work out, messed around, the process drug out, and we ended up selling for a couple hundred dollars less than the first offer.
So I guess in the end, a fast sale doesn't necessarily mean it was too cheap, just means it sold fast.
