It is amazing how fast some houses sell these days. A friend passed away and so his wife(friend also) stayed in their house as long as her health permitted. At age 95 she had to leave for an assisted living center. A for sale sign went up a day or two later. I expected it wouldn't be there long, and it wasn't. The place sold very quickly. Think it surprised her sons.
