Put the "For Sale" sign up in my 91 year old mom's front yard on Friday. Had a showing Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Had an offer on Monday night, accepted the offer on Tuesday night. We have to fix the wiring which will run $6500 and can be done soon and they want the closing Sept 26th. Waiting on inspection yet too. Fingers crossed that it is ok.
Congrats. If your mom's house is in the Madison area, that real estate market is pretty hot right now...
