So he says the crop is dying early in huge area of the belt and many depressing areas but he still comes up with the third highest national yield ever. Seems like many don't understand in wet years like this you throw out the yields derived from the crop rated system. Wet years underperform by 8 percentage average. Look at where he had the 2010 crop rated at this time of the year.
