I made a route from the state line of Wisconsin down hwy 23 to hwy 80 and could not believe how poor that corn looked! The variability is going to really take a toll on yield. Beans didn't look as bad, a few holes, but overall looked pretty good.
You have to get south of Chicago to get to the real bad stuff. Will, Kankakee and Iroquois will be lucky to make triple digits. |
