I took US24 from Toledo to Ft Wayne last month and it was the worst I had ever seen. From Defiance to Ft Wayne 3/4 of the fields you could see every tile line and about 3 or 4 rows looked good right over the tile and dropped down to a foot tall in between and yellow. I can't imagine that it will make 1/3 of normal even with the better weather we've had since.
