S Mn | I'm a cancer survivor as well. When I was busy kicking its a** it wasn't uncommon for people that new me well and new how I was really doing to go up town and hear how bad I was doing from the clowns at the coffee shop and beauty shop and your random gossipy people. You have been there so u know what I'm talking about.
That being said it would pretty hard not to go visit every land lord this guy has in a 30 mile radius to get to know them a little better.
I despise people who use tactics like that.
Your landlord is the type of person we try to do business with.
