Congratulations on beating the cancer twice, I hope it doesn't come back. I lost my dad to it several years ago. There are a couple guys around here who have been at funeral visitations and offered to rent the farm before the body even gets cold. Some people are greedy and don't give a rats ass. It's just plain disrespectful in my book.
