As a supplier, I would want to know what I am doing wrong. Be honest. Once they find out you're shopping online and just looking for a price, that's all you'll ever be. Service goes. Any swinging d can shoot a price off the hip
I understand where you are coming from. I happen to run a business also. I am also trying to make money as you are. I am not very good at chiseling on the salesmen who call on me. Nor do I have time to play games. I expect you (the salesman) to try and sell a product to me at the lowest price you can and still make a decent living. I also understand that service and advice come at a price (which in most cases I am willing to pay for). In the case of adjuvants and other minor or thing, if I can save money, I'll go with the swinging d**k (who's trying to make money off me also,just less). |
