if the lever moves its more than likely the roll pin in the linkage. once ya get it lined up put a piece of baling wire through it then slide roll pin over the wire to hold in place a little. its not the easiest thing to fix, takes patience and a good light. drive a pin through the pin to make it stronger or go buy the actual pin from case ih, but they are bear to drive in.
