Are they just spreading risk by location then?
Seems that $400+ rent seems like taking on more risk than managing risk.
these guys are farming in the excess of 20,000 acres. They are spreading risk over acres and areas. These guys travel from Bloomington south of Springfield toward St. Louis and from Quincy to Danville.
What is "high" for cash rents in Central Illinois anymore?
