Seems that $400+ rent seems like taking on more risk than managing risk.
these guys are farming in the excess of 20,000 acres. They are spreading risk over acres and areas. These guys travel from Bloomington south of Springfield toward St. Louis and from Quincy to Danville.




I was down at CIA in Atlanta. Darn near the whole used equipment line was from one farm. I dont see how CIA makes any money on these guys or anybody that does business. Had 8 to 10 of everything. The stuff looked rough in my opinion. They must have a scout out looking for ground. How do you even get that big. Must snowball after a certain point who knows.
