my area is mostly soft red but there is a large elevator that deals a lot of white wheat and another I.P hard red so i know of some growers who grow a 1/3 of each. Next year i think we will have a go at some Hard Red and soft red i don't want to deal with white wheat to much risk for a hog farmer all ready lol.
