| Post below has me curious about oats. Never grown them before but am toying around with putting some in for straw and manure hauling. i know you don't want to over do the n or they fall over. Why do guys always swath them vs straight cut. Located in Nw IA. Few guys I've talked with say 80-120 bu oats and 100 squares at $3/ bale isn't worse that corn/beans now- lots lower input. | |
