so what are your thoughts on this report jim?
I found it interesting reading is all. Interesting graphs and data. First time I've heard of the idea of raising some steers primarily for ground beef. I'm not at all familiar with the details of commercial ground beef. The article does make some good points about beef demand vs chicken and pork.
