"A Partnership is the hardest "ship" to sail." The words of my scoundrel grandfather who was very wise to the world.
Absolute communication and a formal, agreed upon way to make decisions and resolve conflicts is crucial. I've seen brothers operate for a lifetime with families out of one checkbook and others that wouldn't share idle equipment.
