Southern Michigan | Those of you who are in a partnership, how does it work? Three if us are toying with the idea to forum a partnership. Two are brothers ages 30 & 31, I am 33. I have been farming on my own since dad passed away 10 yrs ago. I have a full time job (custom applicator) and family of 4. I have 650 acres and decent equipment. They have been full time for 2 years (dad diagnosed with cancer) and have 1200 acres with decent equipment as well. They both will be married soon. We have also been talking about a few hog barns to raise pigs for another farmer. 2 or 4 4500 head barns. How would you guys go about this and any advice that you have?
