East central Indiana | What machine installed, what brand of tile, was it summer or December during install? I'd venture to say it was installed with a chain machine or backhoe. Really bad tile installed correctly will last a long time. Bad tile bad installation practice will fail fast. It was probably put I'm with a flat bottom, not bedded at all before backfilling, and everything was lumped in on top of tile. I've seen it lots of times. Tile is fine with just dirt backfill. But it's HAS to be be installed and backfilled correctly. | |
