RCIS does a new farmer program. You pay 50% of normal crop insurance premium for first 5 years.


Thats a RMA program not RCIS. Every crop insurance company has it. Its part of the crop insurance program. Its 10% more subsidy on your crop insurance which could reduce if it in half if you are on 70% or below enterprise units. 70% enterprise units is 80% subsidy. You pay 20% normally. 10% more subisdy you only pay 10% which is half but it isn't half on every level or options.
