Well we have a BTO that just up and appeared the last two years paying astronomical land rent prices. From what the neighbors are saying is that they believe the govt pays 20% of his land rent due to him being "new and beginning" but I don't think you are just beginning when you pick up over 1500 acres at $300+ and running around with all brand new equipment
