| brokers sometimes push the limits of the contract because they take advantage of the basis.probly bought a bunch at harvest because of fast and good harvest and farmers willingness to part with it.now pushing contracted stuff out as long as he can taking advantage of the situation.IMO with wheat its best to deal direct with the mills although harder to contract with them.they'll probly string you out as long as they can.not much you can do except learn from situation.get tougher on delivery dates.they'll bend if they have to.BTDT my 2cts. | |
