Honestly, I wouldn't even worry about the Atrazine in my experience with wheat. We put on all kinds of atrazine around here and have never seen wheat struggle to come through it. I think our hot summer days just eat through the atrazine like crazy. We put on half pound of atrazine a week ago with some burndown and usually in this situation it runs out so fast the weeds come back even when they shouldn't. Too bad about the Ally though.
