Oh boy. What you have left probably won't be enough stand to be worth much. But, you probably put down a pound of atz pre? that would put wheat at risk. Damned if you do damned if you don't.
If you put down atrazine, I'd probably let it go, collect insurance, and not say a word. No atz, I'd probably destroy it, eat ins, and plant insurable wheat.
