Right behind the bean planter. In non liberty beans that's your only chance to smoke mares tail. You can wait and apply a post application of first rate, but I've only had marginal success doing that. In rr beans, I'm running verdict, gly, and a lot of mso and doing a pretty good job of cleaning up some big cutoff mares tail that has not had a lot of time to heal. Generally I can make one more post of only roundup to get volunteer wheat and then be done before beans canopy.
