They are slow here too. Beans planted around May 7th are horribly slow. Used 4oz of resist as a pre, with 2-4D and gly in some minimal till scenario. Ragged stand, took forever to come up and maybe only 6" tall now. But they've been pounded with 12 plus inches of rain and it got cold after they were planted. Ones a week or so later in fall tilled ground seem a little better...
