SW Michigan
Seems like a lot of beans have the same problem this yr..they just don't seem to be taking off this yr. On our farm beans that were planted around the 1st of May look very good and beans planted a week later struggling but seem to be coming around just not use to having such short beans this time of year.
Late April thru about 1st week of May was very warm with excellent soil conditions and those beans emerged quite fast than we went thru cold, wet and windy conditions thru much of May and those beans just sat and didn't do much.
