With our current set-up we use two computers: One is about 30 feet from the projector and is used prior to the beginning of the service to scroll the announcements. Once the service begins the projector is switched to another computer that is located about 50 feet away (but it's probably at least twice that far the way we had to run the wires). The projector is mounted high up on the back wall of the sanctuary and is about 60 feet from the screen.
