disabling the networking will not remove the need for a password at start up. Click on the options and see if it is set for a domain. If it is your computer will be looking for password verification from a server that you do not have in place. If you did not set up a password there should not be one. Can also try using Administrator as the username and see if that account is valid and not disabled with no password.
l used 'administrator' for a username and now can get into the 'user accounts' screen. still no internet connection work, but they show available. . can i delete the whole administrator account somehow?
