It really has nothing to do with Internet connectivity?
I think you goofed up something else that has stopped your Internet connection. This screen is just something else that kicked in, not really your problem?
Been a while since I worked with XP, my machine trashed a hard drive last Feb and I haven't gotten back to it.....
