NW KS/ SC ID | It is possible the wastegate can come loose from the shaft. Not common, but possible.
Does it have the soot trap still?
Any exhaust leaks on the crossover pipe will kill drive pressure, so you need to have a good crossover pipe and donut gaskets.
Maybe put a boost guage on and see what it tells you. Leroydiesel.com sells a boost bolt in case you dont want to punch holes in the upper intake.
