Pontiac, IL. | My '99 6.5 conversion van has 150,000+ miles on it with no issues. However, my 2004 duramax had the same symptoms as you are having when the injectors were going bad. GM replaced them at NC to me at approximately 85,000 mi. Then, at approximately 170,000 mi., they went bad again. That time, I had to pay for the new injectors. Both times, engine would smoke at idle AND during acceleration, with lack of power. Not saying this is your problem, just telling my experiences. | |
