Eventually, this proposed railway will get built, but just observe how slow rail improvements on the existing Ferro Norte to Santos port get put in place (almost 0!progress in past decade), or the highway and rail links from Mato Grosso to the Amazon ports (again, snails pace).
Let's see, someday we will have commercial flights to the moon....... Might come first!
