Floyd County, Iowa | Just by looking at the pic, looks like the perp entered the field through the drive on the right side, played NASCAR driver in the field, came out the drive at the paved road, lost it, and ended up in the fence/hedge row. Looks like European police vehicles on the road.
But I don't see more than one set of tracks going in or coming out, so don't think he was being chased. Just lost control coming out and now he's caught.
Just my theory.
