Now that you mention the easy bake oven I'm assuming you mean the can lights. Should have mentioned in the original post that the ones that went bad are the A19 bulbs, not the bulbs for the can lights the br30 bulbs. And these were in a vanity light in the bathroom. Heat shouldn't have been an issue.
