I will jump back in just so you know I have not fallen off the wagon. Nothing really to report. Still holding at the 175 to 180 range. near the 175 right now.
I have been working out and have included weights as well as cardio. It has been nice to build a little muscle on the upper body. It is much harder to do than when I was young but still possible.
In the last few weeks we have been able to get out and tackle some outdoor projects like landscape and yard work so I usually have to skip the gym time as I seem to be able to need all my energy for real work.
I have a couple pedal bike rides planned for June that I need to be ready for also. A century ride on June 13 and a week with a friend riding on Vancouver Island. Looking forward to those.
