| A good week here also. Weighed in at 231.6. Down 3.4 lbs. for the week. I was on the elliptical Wednesday morning and something happened to my left hip(the one that gets replaced June 10th). Don't know what I did but I don't want to do it again. It was the worst it has been since fall harvest. Today it is finally feeling "normal" so I'm going to try the elliptical again and see how it goes.
Deb, count all the responses and all the lbs lost is my vote, for what it's worth.
Keep at it everyone.
