Gary, I found that document also. I also noticed the date: 1970. I wondered if it is still current, or if it is out-of-date. That is why I did not post the link. I think there could be a lot of changes in laws and regulations regarding landlord-tenant leases since 1970. What do you think?
I intended to look for a publication date but forgot to. Thanks for pointing that out.
Actually, I seriously doubt there is much change in the ag law in the last 50 years. It seems to me that once a precedent has been established through case law, statutes pretty much keep the general theme.
Mainly I was hoping to give some direction to a google search with in-context terms relevant to the desired results. "Code of Law" may make a good documentary or movie title but, IMO, it is not especially useful in an on-line search.
