Subject: Agriculture Codes Of Law

It is my understanding that if a farmer has possession of land to farm it on a 1 year agreement and crop is planted during the time of the agreement is in affect and the crop harvest period proceeds on into a time after the agreement has ended the farmer is entitled to have access to the property to harvest his crop.

Is anyone familiar with codes of law (good web links where I can access more informative info on codes of law) that protect a farmer from landlord whom disrupts the framers efforts to work land to produce a crop in both a verbal or signed agreement?

It is my understanding that the statue of time for exercising legal rights is 2 years on a verbal agreement and 6 years on a signed agreement. Has anyone been in a situation and dealt with matters of this nature and attempted to enforced your rights after some time has passed by and you have tried to reason with landlord but they will not cooperate?

Thanks in advance for helpful advice
