Your exactly right. This year I've had multiple projects of tiling and wanting to hook to a neighbors tile to drain my farms. If I had stepped in their toes in the past I would have been denied access likely, or charged a fee to hook up.
I've borrowed specialized equipment pieces or tools from neighbors before too. That stuff gets expensive to rent or buy all the time if all the neighbors hate you... |
