Subject: Running out of options what to do?

I started farming two years ago and when I got my first ground it was a 12 acre field that was all grown up into grass and a few trees and is wet. Now I got about 100 acres but they broke up into smaller fields the biggest I got is a 30 acres field rest are 20 and 12 acre. But must all that ground had to be cleaned up cause it was grown up into tall grass and trees. But now I'm looking for more ground and can't find any more of that type of ground that needs to be cleaned up. I would like to start getting bigger parcels so the deer damage isn't so bad but all of them are already farmed by the neighbors. I never wanted to stop and try and take ground from anyone because my thoughts are I wouldn't want them to do that to me. But it's looking like that might be my only option to get more ground. Was wondering if anyone had advice for me or could let me know how they picked up more ground without stepping on toes and making the neighbors mad? Thanks
