Thanks, I feel the same about PI.

 I started a conversation along these lines with a soils scientist years ago, we kept coming up with a new line of thinking without answers until he retired. We lost touch but at the time I was not prepared  well enough to ask the right questions. It kind of slipped my mind but I will peruse it again since I have renewed interest before I too am gone.
