Hi all. Two buffet suppers and one fund raiser supper are real killers for a thick man. I worked the rest of the week and lost two more, it is getting tougher. I am getting to the hard lard. Thanks for working so hard to be a good coach. It makes me think more about each meal and helps keep me on track. Thanks Deb thanks.
